Because all of our products are personalized and designed just for you, products cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded after the order has been submitted and payment received. Please make sure before you place your order that you are happy with the customization options you have chosen and the product you are purchasing. We only accept returns if:
- A product has a manufacturing defect, in which case we will accept a return for 90 days from the date of receipt.
- A mistake that we make resulting in the shipment of an incorrect product to you. In these instances, we will accept a return for 30 days from the date of receipt.
Defective and mistake products will be replaced with the product as originally ordered and cannot be refunded or exchanged for another product.
